By accessing the GovFinTech Inc dba i2m website and software platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Description of Service
i2m provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for Idaho school districts and charter schools to manage accounting, payroll, budgeting, and state-required reporting.
2. SMS and Security Notifications
Users may opt-in to receive SMS messages for account security and identity verification.

Consent: By enabling 2FA or security alerts, you consent to receive automated security-related text messages.

Frequency: Messages are sent on an as-needed basis (e.g., login verification or bank account change alerts).

Opt-Out: You may reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Security and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Given the sensitive nature of financial and payroll data, users agree to notify i2m immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Users must re-authenticate to view sensitive encrypted fields.
4. Compliance and Data Ownership

FERPA Compliance: i2m acts as a "School Official" under the FERPA exception, serving as a legal extension of the school district / charter school for data processing purposes.

State Reporting: While i2m provides tools to generate Idaho state-required reports, the final responsibility for the accuracy and timely filing of these reports remains with the client district or charter school.
5. Intellectual Property
All software logic, Idaho-specific reporting schemas, and website content are the exclusive property of i2m and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
i2m utilizes robust Row Level Security and field-level encryption to prevent data leakage. However, i2m shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user-side credential compromise or negligence. In no event shall i2m be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
